Can I change my advance amount?
You can change your monthly advance amount by contacting our customer service, either through our contact form or by telephone on 078 15 62 62.
Your advance determines whether or not you have to pay extra when your yearly invoice comes in. Then, we strongly advise you to choose an advance that is consistent with your predicted annual consumption. Don’t hesitate to contact us for a tailor-made calculation!
